Raj is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of cross-functional experience in the food industry, specializing in manufacturing, quality assurance, product development, supply chain management, logistics, export-import, client relationship management, and organizational leadership. Raj retired from the food industry in May 2024 as Whole-Time Director of Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd.

Raj holds a Bachelor of Science (Technology) in Food Tech from UDCT Mumbai, and a PGD in Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics from VJTI Mumbai.

Throughout his career, Raj has been pivotal in shaping business strategies, driving revenue growth, forging key partnerships, and identifying new opportunities while serving as an active board member. He is proficient in managing manufacturing, product and packaging development, supply chain, quality assurance, and business development. Raj is skilled in understanding international and national customer requirements to develop tailored products, processes, and packaging.

He successfully developed products in categories such as fruit & vegetables, confectionery, and ready-to-eat meals. Raj is effective in building relationships with vendors, service providers, and customers, and adept at resolving critical issues to meet customer commitments. His strong analytical skills enable him to understand business requirements, maximize customer value, and develop new business processes.
